• No Patient/Client Records Uploaded: Patient weights, dosage calculations, and custom prescription notes generated in the calculator remain stored locally on your device storage and are never transmitted to external servers without your explicit action.

2. Veterinary Community Features (Optional)

If you choose to use the community discussions or cloud sync features powered by Firebase, the app may store your public display name, avatar, and community posts that you voluntarily submit to the forum. This data is used solely to facilitate community interaction among veterinary professionals.

3. Permissions Used

• Network Access: Used exclusively for optional community forum sync and loading medical updates when connected to the internet. The calculator functions 100% offline without network connectivity.
• Storage / Media: Used solely to allow you to save or export generated prescription summaries locally on your device or print them.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may utilize reliable service providers for core infrastructure:

• Google Play Services: For application distribution and core Android platform support.
• Google Firebase: For real-time database and authentication services in the optional community tab.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for practicing veterinarians, veterinary technicians, veterinary students, and healthcare professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.

6. Medical Disclaimer

InVet-Dosage Calculator is designed as a clinical reference and calculation tool. It is not a substitute for clinical veterinary judgment, diagnostic workup, or comprehensive patient evaluation.
